Interfitness is the place to go for a great work-out, with Swiss Ball and Circuit Classes available along with the Four Week Challenge.
Swiss Ball classes are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, at 10.00am, limited to ten people per class and you need to book a space. Swiss Ball classes are aimed at balance, co-ordination and posture, with cardio for fat-burning and light weights for toning. Look out for night classes coming soon.
“This is a very popular class, with awesome music and is heaps of fun.
“It is one hell of a work-out and you feel your whole body working,” said Melissa Wilson, owner of Interfitness.
Circuit Classes are on Thursday, at 5.00pm. This class suits the serious trainer and is limited to a class of 20. Circuit Class is high intensity training and is explosive, working on strength and fitness.
“This is boot camp for the total body, alternating between weights and cardio.
“If you are interested in one of these classes for your sports team, we can arrange a separate training night that will suit you,” said Melissa.
Looking for a total body makeover, try the Four Week Challenge — limited to eight people.
“You get a weekly weigh in and measure, three free classes a week, eight sun-bed sessions, a handbook containing your personalised eating and training plan hints and tips and yummy recipes, a tub of Sculpt Protein Powder all for $200.00, and there are prizes,” said Melissa.
