When is a show home not a show home?

The answer is — when it’s actually the place where you live! What better way to introduce people to the innovations of style and design inherent in a brand new home, after all?

Northland building company Homeworld have seen many customers through the designing and building process, and even more have come to take a look at their stunning show home village in Whangarei. But now the successful Master Builders and esigners are set to open a brand new show home in One Tree Point — and this one comes with an added feature.

Denis Murphy isn’t just a home consultant; he’s also the proud owner of 2 Paradise Point Place in the seaside town near Marsden Cove. He and his wife Brenda settled on Homeworld as their builders of choice after weighing up all the options, and the couple have taken up the opportunity to share their enthusiasm about the nished product with others.

“It wasn’t just the designers and the builders who were fantastic to work with,” says Denis. “The flooring people, the kitchen designers and installers — they were all amazing.”

It’s attention to detail and a flexible, contemporary range of plans which makes Homeworld stand out above the competition. Denis and Brenda will be moving into a beautiful new home on the ‘Marsden’ plan, complete with large covered outdoor entertainment areas and gatefold doors bringing the outdoors in.

The show home opens to the public on the 22nd and 23rd of September, in time for the sunny springtime weather, and every detail has been chosen by the folks who will really be calling this place home. It’s a comfortable, relaxed and above all honest look at just how a new Homeworld home performs in the real world — although Denis and Brenda plan to avoid the initial rush of curiosity and move in for good in mid October.

From then on this spacious family home will also be the regional showcase for Homeworld’s legendary build quality and scope of design; open for you to stop by and visit by appointment and for convenient hours 10–2 Wednesday to Sunday.
