Roller Mills update

Training Evenings at Moerewa! It’s called commitment

In writing this we have only 23 days until we head off on our Journey to Orakei Domain in Auckland for the NRM Roller Mills Rugby Tournament 2012.

We had a great start to the week, and were very privileged to have attended the Northland v Manawatu game at Toll Stadium with our Sponsor Stan Semenoff,Hilders Livestock and United Livestock. The boys were well looked after by Stan, feed and watered and showed their appreciation by doing the Haka for Stan at full time.

We have a big weekend in front of us playing Auckland West on Saturday at 3pm and Sunday Auckland East 11am, Waipu Rugby Grounds. This is also to defend the Shield which is currently held by Northland.

The boys will also be organising a sausage sizzle as a fundraiser.

We have been approached by NRM who are so kindly running a promotional fundraiser for our Squad. We are begging all Northland Farmers to purchase NRM specifi ed products through Farmlands: Dargaville, Kaitaia and Waipapa between the period of 10th — 21st September 2012. They are willing to donate $1.00 forevery Moozlee, Grow Up 20%, Grow Up 16%, Ready Rumen, Power Whey. If every  Farmer in the Northland Region gets behind this Promotion it would be massive for our Squad. We would love your Support!

Management of the Northland Roller mills is appealing to Northland Rugby supporters and local communities to get behind and come on board with this exciting venture. “We have just launched our own Face Book page Northland Roller Mills which you can check out and see some really cool photos, which will keep our families and communities updated on the boys’ progress” said Catherine Stewart the Northland Roller Mills Manager.
