Sunday 23rd April, Stott Decorators Mixed Triples.

A dozen trios from around the North, turned out to have some fun and score some of Monty's goodies.

A short break for a bit of precipitation was the only downside to a pleasant outing for the combatants, who all appeared to enjoy themselves.

Results:

1st, Ron Bishop, Totty Rakich, Karren Biddles. 3 wins, 22 ends.

2nd, Monty Stott, Pat Higginbotham, Phil Adams.

3 wins, 21 ends.

3rd, Helen Nevill, John & Teeny Franklin, 3 wins, 19 ends.

The Club thanks Monty for his generous sponsorship.

Saturday 15th April, Easter A/C Triples.

This event was scheduled for two days, but with a dearth of entries, it was abbreviated to a single day.

A couple of breaks during the day, owing to the adverse weather did nothing to dampen the enthusiasm of the contestants.

Results:

1st, Kevin West, Allan McKinnon, Lorraine West, 3.5 wins.

2nd, Eric and Margaret Smitton, Adrienne Graham, 3 wins, 33 ends, 64 points.

3rd, Jim Vallance, Tom Ker, Max Jones, 3, 32, 68.

4th, John Dunn, Roger Kerr/Davis, John Franklin, 3, 32, 65.

5th, Mickey Marinkovich, Ron Bishop, Totty Rakich, 2, 29, 46.

A big thankyou to our sponsors, Laser Electrical, Godfreys Mowers and Chainsaws, Dargaville I.T.M., Morris & Morris, Mickey Marinkovich, Vuletich Construction.
